The editorial team was commissioned in the Month of July 2019 by Presbyter James Kiganjo with the main task been to undertake the publishing task on the church activities to ensure the history of the church and the content developed today is available for reference in future.

The team is chaired by Br Alfred Warui who is deputized by Sis Leah.

The editorial committee therefore has the following objectives;

1. Publishing on behalf of Chrisco church –The Joyful Assembly.
2. Documentation and ensuring proper filing of published materials for ease in retrieval.
3. Ensuring timely dissemination of the published work for the edification of the body of Christ.
4. Developing accurate and factual content for the various platforms in the church including Facebook and website
5. Advising the church leadership on the emerging issues in publication to ensure relevance in the delivery.

Activities

The department has been publishing and posting on the church wall the sermons delivered on Sundays.

The other activities on the pipeline include;

1. The Joyful Assembly magazine
2. The joyful assembly library and bookshop
3. Joyful Assembly Calendar
4. Visitors Card and appreciation
